Responsibilities of the Executive Committee

President: schedules board meetings, community planning meetings, plans agenda, runs meetings

Vice President: fills in for the president as necessary

Secretary: Takes minutes at community and board meetings, keeps copies, forwards through email loop, organizes and preserves historical information on groups and committees.

Treasurer: collects dues, tracks spending and keeps the financial records for the community

Communications Coordinator: initiates e-mail information, updates the monthly calendar

New Members Coordinator: receives membership applications, keeps membership records

Co-op Coordinator: Administrates the co-op and chairs the co-op board

Special Events Coordinator: Plans special children and family events throughout the year

Note that president, vice president, treasurer, and co-op coordinator must be members of The People's Church since Shanan is a ministry of the church.
